Welcome to VCU’s Health Insurance Choice Project

The Health Insurance Choice Project was created in 2012 in response to the changes the U.S. health care system is undergoing. Our project aims to understand and improve the way health insurance information is presented to consumers. We hope the findings from our project will provide the public and policymakers with information about how to help people make easier and better health insurance enrollment and coverage decisions. Housed within Virginia Commonwealth University’s Department of Health Care Policy and Research, the umbrella Health Insurance Choice Project is in fact 3 studies (MTurk, Health Policy Collaborative, Tobacco) which you can learn more about by selecting from the tabs above. Our research team thanks you for visiting our website and hopes you will contact us to learn more about partnering with us.
